Worldwide Delivery Options

Canadian Neighbor Pharmacy is proud to offer worldwide delivery on all our products! We continuously improve our shipping processes to ensure secure, fast, and efficient delivery. Millions of satisfied customers have already experienced our well-organized service.

Delivery Times and Tracking

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Express International Mail:
    • Packages are trackable using a tracking number provided after order dispatch. You can find this information in your account section.
    • Please note: In some cases, to ensure successful delivery to European countries and Canada, we reserve the right to send your order by Standard International Airmail without a tracking number, but with the same delivery timeframe as Express Mail.
  • Standard International Airmail:
    • Packages are not trackable.

Delivery Costs and Timeframes (After Dispatch):

  • Express International Mail: *$30, 5-9 business days
  • Standard International Airmail: $10, 10-21 business days

Important Shipping Restrictions:

  • Express International Mail is unavailable for orders shipped to:
    • Mail forwarding addresses (e.g., PO box, General delivery, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO)
    • Hotels or educational facilities
    • Incorrect phone numbers provided during checkout
  • Standard International Airmail may be unavailable for certain brand products. These orders will automatically be shipped by Express International Mail.

Delivery Estimates and Disclaimers:

  • Delivery times are estimates based on most cases and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure events).
  • Canadian Neighbor Pharmacy is not responsible for extended delays caused by international customs inspections.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by:
    • Mail disruptions during Christmas and New Year holidays
    • Natural disasters
    • Strikes
    • Other events beyond our control that disrupt the mailing process

Missing Orders

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation email (shipping receipt). In the unlikely event your order doesn’t arrive within three weeks after dispatch, reply to the confirmation email or use our Customer Service link. Our support team will promptly address the situation.
